With safety in mind , SAC became the first company in the industry to deploy Ronin Lift technology , taking much of the manual work out of tower climbing by providing crews with powered rope ascenders .
By providing a motorized ascent , it enables technicians to ascend quickly and safely to elevated locations , improving focus , and preserving stamina by lowering physical exertion . Specifically , it can be used to ascend 300 feet in less than four minutes .
Having evolved from elite military technology , such as helicopter rescue hoists , the Ronin Lift is also currently used by the Coast Guard in search and rescue missions . By adopting the lift for tower climbing purposes in early 2023 , SAC has been able to exploit the technology for telecommunications purposes .
SAC also boasts an internal training team , which aids individuals to enhance and develop new skills . Its core program builds on safety , quality , and telecommunication construction for tower technicians , foremen , civil technicians , and electricians . The team also offers a construction learning plan , consisting of over 25 modules for either online learning or practical , hands-on learning on indoor and outdoor towers .
