“ In 1995 , my husband , Jason Thomas , and his brother , Bill , co-founded T & T Construction of Central Florida , working from their home until they completed their first tilt-up project in 1998 . Over the years , they developed a wide range of state-of-the-art design and build solutions , including tilt-up wall systems . In 2014 , Jason established T & T Construction Management Group as we know it today , while I worked alongside him to grow the business . I continued to contribute to the company even as we started a family , effectively balancing the demands of raising four children with my career .
