The year 1984 marked a significant milestone for the company as it transitioned into an employeeowned enterprise, exemplifying its dedication to shared success and collaboration. Under the leadership of Jerry Kolinek and Don Kuykendall, Alterman underwent strategic restructuring to ensure its continued growth.
