a construction supervisor. Kyle then earned his B100 contractor’ s license and assumed responsibility for all construction operations within the family business. Over time, his dedication and expertise led him to the roles of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. To further broaden his experience, Kyle spent three years in commercial construction, working for an international clothing retailer across the US and Canada. Subsequently, he returned to the world of custom home building as Vice President for a nationally recognized luxury home builder. Today, Kyle is an NAHB Certified Green Professional and has shared his knowledge as an instructor at the NAHB International Builders’ Show. Furthermore, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Park City Area Home Builders Association, continuing to contribute to the industry he is so passionate about.
Kyle’ s wife, Angie, is Co-owner, Administrative Assistant, and a licensed realtor. Being married to Kyle for 35 years and watching him create more lovely custom homes than she can count, it may have been her nudging that finally convinced Kyle to make her a business partner and fling open the doors at Stonybrook. In addition to her work as Co-owner and Administrative Assistant, Angie works as a licensed realtor with ERA Brokers Consolidated and services clients in Salt Lake, Utah, and Wasatch counties.
