“ Sevan has managed nationwide programs for many well-known brands – think Sprouts, Starbucks, Walgreens, HCA, and IKEA – handling everything from permitting to punch lists,” Jim states.“ Currently, we’ re managing pump and tank replacements at over 250 Sunoco sites, and leading remodel programs for Pep Boys, Verizon, McDonald’ s, Starbucks, and Chipotle.
“ One of our most extensive projects was for McDonald’ s. We began by remodeling 650 restaurants in California, and our reality capture and BIM teams reduced planning time from two years to six months, while decreasing change orders from ten percent to three percent.
