Consuming less power than it generates, the center features solar canopies, rooftop gardens with rainwater harvesting, efficient lighting, EV chargers, and a carbonneutral kitchen, as well as utilizing naturally sourced materials wherever possible.

“ The center is a vibrant space and provides a fun and safe environment for families. It was an amazing project to work on, both because of the impact it has on the people it serves and due to its sustainable design and unique requirements,” Ben continues.“ CCA has won several awards, including 2025 RED( Real Estate and Development) Award for Office Project of the Year, 2025 Best of NAIOP Winner for Economic Impact Project of the Year, and a brand-new award, 2025 ENR Southwest Award Winner for Sustainable Project of the Year.”

We started this project in July 2024 and finished phase one in July 2025, with phase two set to be completed in December 2025.
