Brady Lowry, President, joins us to elaborate on the company’ s range of projects and services.“ We offer general contracting, budgeting and preconstruction services, construction manager at-risk( CMAR), and design-build services,” Brady begins.“ For corporate interiors, projects range from what we call‘ carpet and repaint’ work to multi-floor corporate office renovations. That includes demolition and renovation of existing tenant spaces, as well as spaces that have never been leased before. When an office building, retail, or industrial property changes hands or ages, the owners often choose to upgrade the site, amenities, and public spaces, or revise the primary use of the building. These projects require close coordination, as construction often takes place in buildings where other tenants are already occupying and operating in the space.
