Beginning as a metal fabrication business in 1945, Fike Corporation( Fike) was founded in Independence, Missouri by Les Fike Snr. Following a request from a large company to manufacture rupture discs, the founder agreed, and his response launched what would become Fike: a global life safety organization which spans three generations of leadership. Today, the company is headquartered in Blue Springs, Missouri and has grown from a start-up into a globally recognized supplier of industrial safety solutions installed across a wide spectrum of industries, including pharmaceutical operations, telecommunications, food processing plants and high‐tech data centers.
