1. You started your career as a project engineer and worked your way up to President of Construction. What were the most pivotal moments that shaped your leadership approach? My interest in the built environment started early. As a kid, I loved building with Legos and Lincoln Logs, and in junior high I had the opportunity to shadow a design-build architect. That experience sparked my interest in architecture, but as I progressed through school and into my career, I realized my true passion wasn’ t just designing buildings, it was bringing them to life.
