“ Linda, Bruce and I are all near or at retirement age and we are in the process of handing the reins to the next generation. Linda’ s son, Chad Wakeman, will be leading the company into the future. Assisting Chad will be Matt Anderson, Chad’ s brother-in-law and Linda’ s son-in-law, and Paul Bakker – a very valued employee with more than 30 years’ tenure. Besides Matt and Paul, also supporting Chad are many superintendents, project managers and estimators that have decades of experience,” Don concludes, optimistic for the company’ s future.
