“ Florida International University and Baptist Health South Florida are partnering to build the HWCOM – Academic Health Sciences Clinical Partnership – Med Center & Garage. It is a 120,000-square-foot healthcare and parking garage project located on the Florida International University campus, with B & I performing the HVAC and plumbing scope. The project is expected to be completed in 2028 and will require an estimated 72,000-to- 77,000 manhours,” Brian elaborates.
