“ Aside from residential sectors, cold storage has become one of our fastestgrowing markets because these facilities demand an entirely different level of planning and execution. Temperature stability, redundancy, energy performance, and uptime are critical. There is very little margin for error, making early coordination between the mechanical, refrigeration, structural, and electrical teams especially important.”
A recent project that illustrates the company’ s capabilities well is the St. Charles City Center Complex, a development that is both locally significant and technically demanding.“ The St. Charles City Center Complex has been a meaningful project for us on two levels.
