“ We have a very strict safety program. We always have a safety officer on staff, and every one of our foremen is OSHA-certified, as well as the majority of our employees. It makes a huge difference. We have weekly and monthly safety meetings, too. As for our fleet, we have many different vehicles – everything from semitrucks and trailers
to dump trucks, crew trucks, and pickup trucks – so we have an in-house mechanic to undertake the essential maintenance on them and keep them running safely,” Laura affirms.
