“ For Jenna and me, our passion is this company. It’ s our baby; we’ re both big entrepreneurs. I work with my wife every day, and some people think that’ s wild, but she’ s one of the smartest and most talented women I’ ve ever met. Without her, neither the company nor I would be what we’ re meant to be- we’ d be good, but not great,” Vince highlights.
“ Looking ahead, we’ re putting significant resources into our 20-year systems warranty, as well as new field technology and leadership development programs. Jenna and I are both very involved in these areas,” he adds, wrapping up our conversation.“ Our aim is controlled, sustainable growth. We want to develop our next generation of leaders while protecting the quality and culture that built our success. The goal isn’ t just to become a bigger company, but a stronger one. People often call us a rapid growth story, but revenue is just the scoreboard. The real story is about people who believed in the company, took ownership, and built something bigger than any one person. We’ re incredibly proud of our teams. We’ ve come a long way, but we’ re just getting started.” ■
