Sevan is focused on sustainable growth, including opening two new offices, and we’ re keen to hear Jim’ s views on these initiatives.“ Opening an office in Dallas helps us serve clients better and faster,” he says.“ The region is a hub for multi-site growth, especially in restaurants, retail, and fuel. The new location will enable us to attract top talent and support more boots-on-the-ground deployment, and scale national programs more efficiently.”
Additionally, Sevan is opening an office in Bentonville, Arkansas.“ It’ s all about proximity,” states Joe Collins, Senior Vice President of Operations.“ Being closer to clients means faster decisions, quicker mobilization, and stronger relationships with owners and local subcontractors.”
Jim adds:“ We’ re also expanding our impact through two key collaborations: KETA Sevan, a joint venture focused on federal opportunities, and F2F Sevan, a partnership with residential firm, Frame2Finish, to rebuild Palisades communities after the Los Angeles fires.”
Investment in technology
Sevan’ s military roots remain a cornerstone of the company’ s identity, and that commitment carries through in its work with the government’ s military housing, retail, community centers, and dining facilities. To date, Sevan has completed work on more than 20 military installations across the country and is actively working on at least a dozen others at any given time.
