As we wrap up, Jim shares Sevan’ s future outlook.“ In 2026 and beyond, we aim to execute projects successfully while delivering excellent client experiences,” he says.“ This includes expanding our Dallas operations, growing our footprint in Bentonville, and continuing to grow teams for active national rollouts. Internally, we’ re investing in systems and processes to enhance efficiency, helping clients move faster and control costs without cutting corners.
“ Our goal for the next five years is to be the leading partner for multi-site construction across the US. We may not be the largest, but we want to be the best at what we do,” Jim concludes.“ We’ re not growing just for growth’ s sake but to create real value for clients through trusted relationships, vertical integration, and measurable results.
